Software your distributors, joiners and site teams can actually use.

We design the portals, configurators and product information that sit between your ERP and the people who buy from you — for manufacturers and distributors of 50 to 500 people.

A selection of the clients we work with in this sector — not an exhaustive list.

01 — What we see in this sector

Four problems. You probably have two.

One range, three audiences.

Homeowners want to picture it. Joiners need the technical sheet. Specifiers want performance data. Most sites hand everyone the same PDF.

Trade buyers search by reference.

Your site is organised by marketing family. A distributor types a profile reference and gets nothing — so they phone.

Impossible configurations still get ordered.

Combinations the factory cannot make reach production anyway, and come back as remakes and returns.

Product data lives in five places.

ERP, spreadsheets, catalogue files, the website and someone’s inbox. Each one slightly out of date.

02 — Sector work

Done in your sector, not near it.

05 — Questions

What operations directors ask first.

We already have an ERP partner. Where do you fit?

In front of it. Your ERP partner owns the data and integrations. We design the screens your customers and teams use on top, and write down exactly what those screens need from the system.

Can you work in French?

Yes. English and French are both working languages, and our product information work for JMD is written in French.

How does working from Mauritius play out?

We are three hours ahead of CET in winter, two in summer, so your whole morning overlaps our working day. Reviews are fixed in the calendar, in your morning.

Do you build, or only design?

We always design and prototype. Our own front-end and back-end developers build it, or work alongside yours.
